First thing to always do: With every lead you get always follow-up after first contact. When a lead says they need to think about it, then of course back off and let them do that. A generally accepted time frame is a few days, or so, and then you can contact them. It’s extremely common with the sales industry that the sale is made because the seller followed-up with the buyer.

Remain patient and calm at all times. Remember-it takes time to build a profitable business. Don’t give up too easily. The smartest thing to do is work your business each and every day. At first, it will feel like you’re slaving away for nothing. If you are patient and keep at it, eventually the scale will tip the other way. Have realistic income plans. You can expect to put in a lot of effort and earn respectable money, in time. Avoid getting stressed out by being patient. It’s possible that you might earn more by being more relaxed.

Rejection: If you have an MLM business, then you know about it, and if you’re considering having one; it’s a fact of life in this business. If you are sensitive and don’t take kindly to the word “no” then multi level marketing is not for you.

You’ll find that people have their own reasons for saying, no, and you’ll never know what the reason is. Don’t take “no” personally. It isn’t you that the person is rejecting. It’s usually the business idea they don’t like, or maybe the products. Take it in stride and move on to your next prospect.
